“Unravelling empathy and cathartic healing”
Favour has spent more than three years working in inpatient psychiatric care and EAP services (mental health) for organizations. Her clinical style leans on CBT, ACT and DBT but honestly speaking, frameworks are just tools to her. What she truely cares about is whether you feel seen, heard and understood. She pays close attention to the things that don't always get named out loud - that often turn into grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, inability to cope, etc. She's not a therapist who nods along and simply hands you a worksheet. She'll ask questions that helps you understand your inner self and experiences. If you're looking for someone who cares deeply with a genuine curiosity and absolute empathy and understanding, then she's the right fit.
